The Cosmetic Valley pole organized the France Pavilion at China Beauty Expo 2021, which is being held in Shanghai from May 12 to 14, 2021.
While China has become the leading export country for French cosmetics in 2020, China Beauty Expo is a key event for the national perfumery-cosmetics sector, which is the world leader in the sector. With some 3,000 exhibitors, 15 national pavilions, more than 520,000 visitors from 80 countries in 2019, the China Beauty Expo is a gateway to a fast-growing Chinese domestic market.
After a year 2020 marked by the pandemic, the 2021 show was expected. Cosmetic Valley has resumed its international activities: in charge of organizing and managing the France Pavilion of the show, the pole welcomes eleven French companies and brands that are represented by their local teams or their Chinese partners. Cosmetic Valley is responsible by the State for a national coordination mission, the Pavilion run by the cluster welcomes SMEs from different regions of France.

- Eugene Perma/ Hahn Oil brands, Kéranove: hair beauty (Gennevilliers/Ile-de-France)
- Francelab Marie Claire Beauty Group: turnkey skin care services, make-up, hair and perfume (Issy-les-moulineaux/Ile-de-France region)
- La Biosthetique Paris: hair care, styling, skin care, colour - make-up (Paris/ Ile-de-France region)
- Rivadis laboratory/Rivadouce brand: hygiene and care products (Louzy/New Aquitaine region)
- SVR Laboratory: dermocosmetic (Le Plessis-Pâté/Ile-de-France Region)
- SGS: inspection, control, analysis and certification of cosmetic product safety (Aix-en-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region)
