Skinobs, a new technical platform dedicated to in vitro and ex-vivo testing

After launching the first technology platform dedicated to clinical testing methods and laboratories four years ago, Skinobs is launching a new platform dedicated to preclinical testing.

The first platform allows cosmeticians to identify relevant methods to support their claims of assets, finished products or medical devices: tolerance tests, consumer tests, sensory analyses, efficacy tests on the skin, hair or nails. "In 2019, some 1,700 users from 58 countries logged in for an average of more than seven minutes, viewing more than 19,000 pages. The success of this unique tool has been built on a collaborative relationship with industry players and cosmeticians with more than 250 methods and more than 80 laboratories referenced worldwide," says SkinObs.

The new "preclinical" platform is, like the first, accessible free of charge and without commission on connection. In two clicks, each user can choose the different tests corresponding to their objectification project by:

Test category: analytical tests, ecotoxicity tests, safety tests, efficacy tests, etc.
Claim: anti-ageing, anti-pollution, etc.
Type of test media: cell cultures, 3D skin models, etc.
Mechanism of action: barrier function, aging, etc.

He can then contact each test provider directly.

Skinobs also offers a news feed dedicated to technological innovations and industry market information and the ability to contact the platform team directly for any specific issues.
