SGS announces the acquisition of Idea Tests Group, a leading provider of clinical, microbiology and in vitro<\/em>The company is a leading provider of regulatory services to the cosmetics and personal care industry in France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1999 by Benoit Latouche, Idea is headquartered in France, with facilities in Martillac (33), Talence (33) and Plouzan\u00e9 (29), and in Bucharest, Romania. Idea employs close to 80 people and had a turnover of about 6 million euros in 2020.<\/p>
