DSM-Firmenich will be better able to partner with its customers to achieve their ambitions and meet the needs of today's conscious consumers who value sustainability, health and wellness.<\/li><li>The new international Swiss-Dutch company will be domiciled in Switzerland and listed on Euronext Amsterdam.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Geraldine Matchett and Dimitri de Vreeze, co-CEOs of DSM, commented, \"\u00a0<em>We are entering an exciting new phase as we seek to bring together the complementary capabilities of DSM and Firmenich, like-minded and passionate individuals, and unite the legacies of two great historical companies.
