Silab, which was previously a public limited company with a Board of Directors, became a public limited company with a Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board on 1 January 2007.er<\/sup>\u00a0January 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created in 1984, Silab is an independent French company led by Jean Paufique, founder and CEO. Silab's independence has always been a corporate value and is considered the key factor of its success. This independence gives the company a large freedom of decision in terms of innovation and investments and positions it as a strategic supplier to its main customers.<\/p>

With the desire to guarantee the company's sustainability, Mr. Paufique decided to keep this proven model, to which he is particularly attached, and chose to entrust the operational management of the company to the five members of the former management committee (Brigitte Closs-Gonthier, Jean-Philippe Cosson, Xavier Gaillard, Florence Giner-Meilhac and Dominique Muller). He adds: \"\u00a0For almost 40 years, I have worked with my employees to build a solid company that is a benchmark in its market and a bearer of strong values. It is now time to put in place a new organization, synonymous with stability and sustainability. This team now constitutes the Silab Board of Directors, which is chaired by Brigitte Closs-Gonthier. The other members become general managers. Mr. Paufique is Chairman of the Supervisory Board, with his wife, Josette Paufique, and his daughter, Anne Paufique, both Vice-Chairmen.
