The deal values A\u0113sop at $2.525 billion (almost \u20ac2.3 billion) in enterprise value. This is a record acquisition for the French group, which has big ambitions and promises the brand the means to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1987, A\u0113sop is globally recognized for its skin, hair and body products.
