HTDS presents Dylight 40, a low-power RX scanner for inspection of light food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. This new equipment offers an automatic inspection solution for lightweight products in an ultra-compact, ergonomic format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distributed in France by HTDS and developed by Dylog, Dylight 40 has been designed to meet the requirements of increasingly complex and competitive markets in terms of automatic inspection. In particular, it can inspect light, compact food products (snacks, energy bars, sweets, powdered products, etc.), as well as their packaging (thermoformed plastic trays, cardboard boxes, sachets, etc.), for which very low power is sufficient. The Dylight 40 is also suitable for testing cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, pre-packaged or bulk products. <\/p>

The new Dylight 40 RX scanner completes the DYmond and DYnamite range of vertical \"strip\" inspection machines, and can be classified as the smaller version of the DYmond range (standardized low-power version). An extension of the Dylight 80 scanner, the Dylight 40 features a detection tunnel with 0.4 mm resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RX Dylight 40 scanner offers users a \"plug & play\" solution that's easy to position on the production line. Its user-friendly software and optimized mechanical solutions (conveyor speed up to 100m\/min) make it easy to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its compact design allows it to be used in small spaces, without the need to modify the production line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
