At in-cosmetics Global 2024, held in Paris from April 16 to 18, Clariant is showcasing CycloRetin, a natural active ingredient for skin care. Present in the prince of ginseng (Pseudostellaria heterophylla<\/em>) - a plant prized in Chinese medicine for its many benefits, from treating fatigue to boosting vitality - CycloRetin activates the benefits of retinol while being naturally gentle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CycloRetin's heterophyllin B molecule is a cyclic peptide that boosts skin matrix production, improving collagen and reducing the signs of aging. With efficacy comparable to that of retinol and bakuchiol, CycloRetin promotes youthful-looking skin. Water-soluble and requiring minimal concentrations, the active ingredient is environmentally friendly. Two formulas containing this ingredient - Firming Mask and Mask Mist - will be presented at in-Cosmetics 2024.<\/p>
