On July 10, 2024, Lumson, the Italian manufacturer of primary packaging for cosmetics, signed an agreement with Alcedo SGR (acting through Fondo Alcedo V) for the sale of all shares in Marino Belotti, a company specializing in innovative packaging for the make-up market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sale is in line with the Lumson Group's previously announced strategy of concentrating on the skincare sector and lightening its presence in business areas that are no longer essential, and in particular those most closely linked to cosmetic make-up products.<\/p>
