Givaudan, the global fragrance and beauty specialist, announces the start of operations at its new fragrance ingredient production site in Mahad, a city south of Mumbai, India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a key development for Prigiv, a joint venture between Givaudan (49 %) and Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited (51 %), a major Indian producer of aroma chemicals.<\/p>

Scheduled to ramp up production over the next two to three years, the new plant will manufacture a diversified portfolio of value-added products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
