CFIC (Carrefour des fournisseurs de l'industrie cosm\u00e9tique) will be held in Orl\u00e9ans on December 3 and 4, 2024. On this occasion, R\u00e9mi Camus, French adventurer and explorer, will be on hand to chat with participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9mi Camus is a French adventurer and explorer born on July 17, 1985, from Bourges, in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. A former ma\u00eetre d'h\u00f4tel, he decided to embark on an adventure after reading Jamel Balhi's book about his crossing of the Americas on a run, entitled \"Au c\u0153ur des Am\u00e9riques\". <\/p>

Inspired by this reading, R\u00e9mi decided to change his life and become an adventurer. In 2011, R\u00e9mi Camus took on his first major challenge, running across Australia, covering some 5,400 kilometers in 100 days. During this expedition, he discovered the scarcity of water in the country's arid regions, reinforcing his commitment to water access issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between 2013 and 2014, he hydrospeeded down the Mekong, covering 4400 kilometers from Tibet to Vietnam. The aim of this expedition was to raise awareness of the issues surrounding access to drinking water and to observe the different environmental conditions along the river. In 2018, he undertakes a swimming tour of France, a project that enables him to raise public awareness of environmental issues and the importance of preserving water resources. In 2023, he will carry out a sporting, educational and scientific expedition in collaboration with Grenoble University Hospital and the Wessling laboratory. This crossing from Calvi to Monaco once again illustrates his commitment to extreme challenges and environmental awareness, as well as his involvement in scientific research.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9mi Camus continues to inspire through his adventures and commitment to global causes, sharing his experiences and knowledge of survival and the environment through various educational and awareness-raising projects...<\/p>\n\n\n\n
