Inspired by English flea markets, Jo Malone's new \"Scented Mementos\" collection includes four limited-edition eaux de Cologne. Each features a customized zamac cap, designed and produced by TNT Group.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All hoods are finished with a special patinated gold finish, and assembled with a PP insert.<\/p>

TNT Group emphasizes that the characteristic weight of zamac and its fresh feel reinforce the retro, luxurious look of these pieces. The main challenge was to achieve a particular patina and ensure its homogeneity between the four hoods in the collection, each with its own geometry, but also its own play of light and reflection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The production of each hood follows a meticulous, multi-stage process, from die-casting to semi-automated and manual finishing operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
