Coptis, a company specializing in digital solutions for cosmetics R&D, has appointed Roland de Heere as CEO. He succeeds Jonathan Coeur, who assumed the role of Deputy CEO <\/em>when the Extens investment fund joins the company in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roland de Heere previously led operations at Redspher, overseeing an ecosystem generating 300 million euros in revenues and managing a team of over 340 employees. From 2018 to 2021, as CEO, he then led Upela's growth, positioning it as a key player in the e-commerce and logistics sector, with sales of 12 million euros.<\/p>
