Cosmebiome: Innovative clinical study<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The recently published dermatologist-supervised open-label clinical study investigated the effects of Cerebiome\u00ae on 35 healthy Caucasian women, aged 30-45, over an 8-week period. Participants took 3 billion CFU of Cerebiome\u00ae<\/sup> once a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Significant reduction in perceived stress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The primary outcome measured perceived stress using the PSS-10 scale at the 28e<\/sup> and 56e<\/sup> days. The study revealed a significant reduction in perceived stress, with a decrease of 18 % after 4 weeks and 31 % after 8 weeks. In addition, 79 % of participants reported significant improvements in their mental well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n

Sleep benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Secondary results of the study revealed significant improvements in sleep quality. Participants saw a marked improvement in their ability to fall asleep and stay asleep, as well as a reduction in difficulties staying awake during the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Benefits for skin appearance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In terms of skin appearance, Cerebiome\u00ae<\/sup> contributed to skin hydration and firmness, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and skin tone. A significant increase in skin hydration was noted, with an improvement of 21 % on the face after 8 weeks and up to 18 % on the body. In addition, 85 % of women reported feeling that their skin was more hydrated. The study also showed significant improvements in skin tone, firmness and elasticity, with a 12 % increase in skin firmness after 8 weeks of taking Cerebiome.\u00ae<\/sup>.
