Berlin Packaging has announced the completion of the acquisition of Sarom Packaging and Romgallia. The acquisition will enable the company to expand its presence in the EMEA region and strengthen its packaging solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in Romania in 1992 as a family business, Sarom Packaging supplies glass packaging for the food and beverage industries.<\/p>

Romgallia was founded in Romania in 1999. The company specializes in packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. It has customers throughout Romania and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Berlin Packaging's merger with Sarom Packaging and Romgallia will enable us to expand our activities in Eastern Europe. It will also enhance our extensive portfolio of glass products for a variety of end-markets\".<\/em>said Elias Valavanis, head of Berlin Packaging's Mediterranean region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
