Aptar Beauty prides itself on developing and valuing an approach to inclusivity, which implies conceiving a minimalist and functional design. \"Whether from a sustainability or inclusivity point of view, we seek, for example, to remove excess to offer a simpler user experience and a design that, somewhere, will have better legibility and understanding of use. The two approaches - sustainability and minimalist design - will serve each other. And also bring ergonomics and freedom of use for consumers\", argues Manon Rollet, Innovation Design Manager at Aptar.<\/p>

Aptar Beauty has worked with the Association France Handicap to develop a process of awareness-raising and product co-creation with people with motor problems. Inclusivity, like sustainability, is now one of the criteria initially taken into account by Aptar's designers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"What's more, some of our products, such as the Gladiator Aerosol, already offer good ergonomics, especially for people with reduced fine motor skills. The Vita pump, which can be used with one hand on a table, is also among the products that are already inclusive. Other components have been designed to adapt to textures that facilitate twisting gestures. As there are fewer and fewer hoods and more and more twist-to-lock systems on the market, we try to make them easy to use, whatever the strength of the user,\" explains Manon Rollet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
