This operation will enable the Group to increase its presence in Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amfora Packaging brings Alb\u00e9a its expertise in the design, development and manufacture of plastic packaging for the perfumery, cosmetics, personal care and pharmaceutical sectors. Founded by Acon in 2015, the South American company is the result of the merger of two family businesses, Intecplast in Bogot\u00e1 and Pieriplast in Lima (Peru). For Alb\u00e9a, this acquisition represents an important strategic step in a fast-growing market for beauty and personal care products.
