However, the Court noted the absence of technical evidence proving penetration beyond the dermis or posing medical risks. Conversely, the manufacturer demonstrated that the devices are programmed not to exceed a specific depth of 0.15 millimeters, and are accompanied by mandatory training to ensure safe use. The use of these devices is prohibited on sensitive areas such as the eyelids, and no additives are used.<br><br>While this decision is welcomed by industry organizations for its recognition of the skills of aesthetic professionals, it opens the way to broader practices, provided they remain within the limits set by this ruling. It should be noted, however, that this decision may be subject to appeal, and only a ruling by the Conseil d'Etat could make it definitive.
