TNT Group<\/a> manufactured the signature zamak hood from the collection \u00abPrecious Essences\u00bb<\/em> from Stendhal, designed to celebrate the brand\u2019s 80th anniversary. The hood was produced as a one-of-a-kind piece, with the design adapted to stay true to the original creative vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One-piece construction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TNT Group rose to the technical challenge of producing this sculpted, one-piece cover by adapting the original design. The play of light on the golden petals creates a continuous shimmer, paying homage to the six chapters of the collection, each built around an iconic ingredient.<\/p>

Properties of Zamak and Finishes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The cover is made of zamak, an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper. This material, which is die-cast, allows for the creation of complex shapes while offering excellent mechanical and physicochemical resistance. The brand name is engraved on the base of the cover, highlighted by a subtle groove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
