With this acquisition, SMS (Sulzer Mixpac Systems, a business unit of the Sulzer Chemtech division) reaches a critical industrial size and starts its diversification by entering the world of cosmetics. The two companies share the same industrial plastic injection activity, which allows for complementary activities and economies of scale. The company is thus positioned worldwide as a leader and solution provider. <\/p>\n

Geka (900 employees) expects sales of \u20ac150 million in 2016. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of this year.<\/p>
