The completion of the acquisition of Mibelle Biochemistry by Solabia was announced on July 1, 2026. The transaction, completed with Persán in accordance with the terms announced on February 19, 2026, involves a company specializing in biotechnology-based active ingredients for the health and beauty industries.
Portfolio Focused on Plant Stem Cells
Mibelle Biochemistry, founded in Switzerland in 1991, is recognized for its expertise in PhytoCellTec plant stem cell technology and for its use of modern biotechnologies. Its active ingredients address skin beauty, healthy aging, hair care, and cognitive support, and are distributed in more than 50 countries.
Industrial and Commercial Complementarity
Solabia is combining its international presence and industrial capabilities with Mibelle’s expertise to expand its ingredient portfolio.
