900.care chooses puRe Roll-on from Hyléance Beauté's standard puRe range for its new deodorant.
The young, committed brand and Hyléance (ex-Rovip), an industrial expert in injection molding and packaging, had already worked together to develop original hygiene products.
The story of the collaboration began at the end of the Covid years, when 900.care decided to launch a range of refillable personal care products made in France.
The startup's idea: to market solid, dilutable formulas to reduce the need for water and plastic packaging.
The result is a toothpaste box with a sliding ring, a shower gel bottle with a three-piece cap that can be placed upside down, and a refillable toothbrush with a lightened handle injected by IAG (Injection Assisted Gas). This injection-molded line combines playful design with intuitive gestures. It requires the development of technical parts and solid expertise in packaging and capping.
From the outset, Hyléance has supported the investment efforts of 900.care and shared its challenges, activated its R&D and co-created molds and processes. D

900.care has chosen the elegant puRe Roll-on model from the puRe collection by Hyléance Beauté for its low plastic content, water resistance, resistance and design. Hyléance has adapted it to a 50 ml format, ideal for holding the tablet and the required volume of water. The bottle and cap, made of injection-molded, mass-tinted PP, are slightly transparent, allowing the level of the formula to be checked.
The assembly of the parts is entrusted to a local Esat, an approach that complements the shared values that have been established between the two companies.
