Christine Laymard, new FEBEA Director of Public Affairs and Communication

Patrick O'Quin, President of the FEBEA, entrusts the management of public affairs and communications to Christine Laymard. She takes over from Agathe Cury, who has held the position since 2010, as of July 10, 2017.
After ten years at the French National Assembly, Christine Laymard was Chief of Staff at ADEME in 2008. She then managed the ANIA's institutional relations before taking over as CEO of the Association des Maires des Stations de Montagne (ANMSM) in 2010. Christine has a background in law, complemented by a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in Environmental Management (Université de Nice - Sophia-Antipolis).
"Her excellent knowledge of legislative and institutional processes, her sensitivity to environmental issues and her mastery of communications will enable us to continue the FEBEA's work of openness and education. At the heart of the cosmetics industry's broad ecosystem, Christine Laymard will further strengthen our ties with public authorities, associations, the media, scientists, beauty and health professionals, distributors and consumers", rejoices Patrick O'Quin, President.
As for Agathe Cury, she will be heading up a trade association in the food sector. "We would like to thank her for her talent and commitment to the cosmetics sector, and for the significant advances she has made. We wish her every success in her new role," adds Patrick O'Quin.
