Cosmed turns to artificial intelligence

After 15 months of preparation, Cosmed, the trade association representing the French cosmetics industry and bringing together 1,030 member companies, is deploying its generative artificial intelligence tools across all its activities.

This innovative initiative is designed to boost business support and energize the cosmetics industry ecosystem. All sectors and functions of the industry, including marketing, R&D, regulatory affairs, export, production and purchasing, will benefit from this breakthrough.

To support this approach, an initial budget of 500,000 euros over two years was unanimously adopted by the Board of Directors, with a commitment to 75 % over 2025.

Among the innovations developed, a flagship product will be presented at the December 8, 2025 event in Lyon, which will also celebrate Cosmed's 25th anniversary.
