Gallinée enters a new phase of development with Romain Carrega at the helm, to strengthen its brand in Europe.
French dermocosmetics brand Gallinée, a pioneer in the microbiome, is about to enter a new phase of growth. Romain Carrega, recently appointed Deputy Chief Marketing Officer Derma & Prestige at Shiseido EMEA, will oversee Gallinée's development in Europe as part of his new, expanded role. He succeeds Anne Ravillion, who led the integration of the brand and its rapid commercial expansion, notably with a tenfold increase in its pharmacy distribution network.
Romain Carrega will head Gallinée's global communications, product development, operations, digital and trade marketing teams. His objective is to reinforce the brand's impact and support its expansion.
