4th edition of Pharmatech Cosmetech from May 31 to June 2, 2022

With sales in the pharmaceuticals sector expected to reach 987 billion euros in 2020, and the cosmetics sector 200 billion euros, professionals are increasingly demanding and have many expectations.

The new edition of Pharmatech Cosmetech, the trade show for industrial solutions for health and beauty, organized by GL Events Exhibitions Industrie, will bring together professionals from the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, at the heart of Cosmetic Valley, to discuss the latest innovations and trends in the field. At Chartrexpo, over three days from May 31 to June 2, 2022, the show will decipher the sector's evolutions and offer concrete answers to the players present.

New features and highlights

To meet visitors' expectations as closely as possible, Pharmatech Cosmetech will be presenting two new products in 2022:

1/ The Village Ingredients

As a result of the health crisis, medicines and pharmaceuticals have invaded the public arena, intensifying public demand for greater transparency and environmental consideration from pharmaceutical and cosmetics players.

To help them meet these requirements, the Pharmatech Cosmetech trade show will bring together exhibitors in the Ingredients Village offering innovative solutions in line with the expectations of prescribers and operational decision-makers (pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical and biological industries, end consumers).

Set up in partnership with NutriMarketing, this area is entirely dedicated to innovation in the sector, and will offer a decoding of trends and key figures on consumer behaviour and desires.

2/ New products booklet

In this document listing innovations, Pharmatech Cosmetech offers an overview of the innovations present at the show in terms of processes, industrial equipment, safety and traceability, engineering and service, logistics and packaging, and highlights trends in the sector.

Visitors will also be able to attend technical conferences, with this year's program focusing on ingredients, packaging and trends in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

The exhibition of services, equipment and processes

Strategically located at the heart of the Cosmetic Valley, Pharmatech Cosmetech takes place in Chartres, close to many of France's pharmaceutical production sites.

Its human-scale format encourages collaboration between professionals, and the creation of contracts and business relationships. For professionals, it is the assurance of quickly finding concrete answers and advice adapted to specific needs.

Its aim is to meet the needs of industrial players in terms of equipment and services, as well as process developments in these two key sectors of the French economy, by offering them :

  • A representative technological offering comprising all the skills, expertise, solutions and know-how of the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
  • A technology watch highlighting innovations and new products proposed by exhibitors.
  • Technical conferences and events will enable visitors to find out about the latest developments and market trends, and to see, understand, test and compare new applications and demonstrations specific to these two industrial sectors.

A show supported by the entire industry

Bringing together the entire ecosystem of the health and beauty industry, from manufacturers and distributors of materials to equipment and services for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, perfume and fine chemicals industries, Pharmatech Cosmetech is supported by recognized and committed players in the sector. The show is organized in partnership with :

  • Chartres Métropole, cradle of Cosmetic Valley and Pôle Pharma, has welcomed and supported the development of major companies in the perfume and cosmetics industry for over 30 years, and in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years.
  • Le Pôle Pharma, 1er Europe's pharmaceutical cluster: a network of excellence and innovation in the healthcare sector, it stimulates the economic and industrial development of players in the French pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, and works alongside Pharmatech Cosmetech to create a new dynamic in the vital pharmaceutical sector.
  • Cosmetic Valley, a competitiveness cluster for the perfumery and cosmetics industry, helps manufacturers in the perfumery and cosmetics sector to develop their business (networking, export support for SMEs) and improve their competitiveness (setting up research and innovation projects).
