Digital Days ADF-PCD and PLD will take place in March

Following the postponement of the January event, Easyfairs, organizer of ADF-PCD and PLD Paris, the world's largest event for premium perfume, cosmetics and beverage packaging, aerosol and distribution technologies announces a new event to bring a vision of the future of packaging.

Easyfairs offers a new appointment. This new project reinvented for ADF-PCD and PLD is therefore the result of an approach co-constructed with the players in the sector, taking into account both market expectations, the health context and the timing of commercial launches of innovations. This three-day digital event will allow businesses and professionals in the sector to "meet" in spring 2021.

ADF-PCD and PLD intends to position themselves as a tool for intermediation, development and enhancement of innovations.

Valuing innovations and innovations, and developing business opportunities

ADF-PCD and PLD Paris will offer a unique alliance of ideas, inspirations and connecting for designers and packaging developers, with three Digital Days on March 23, 25 and 30, 2021.

These three days will bring together stakeholders from the world's leading brands of beauty products, premium beverages and aerosols to highlight the latest innovation strategies, as well as the latest products that will define the future of packaging in these three sectors.

Each Digital Day will focus on innovation in a specific sector:

  • Tuesday, March 23: PCD Digital Day will focus on the perfume and cosmetics market
  • Thursday, March 25: PLD Digital Day to be dedicated to premium wine, spirits and beverages
  • Tuesday, March 30: ADF Digital Day will focus on aerosols and dispensing in different markets.

Digital Days will be organized through a market-leading online event platform, which offers a wide range of options for connecting with other participants, connecting with suppliers and discovering their latest products and innovations. A reinvented, innovative and digital event, allowing more interactions between professionals and more opportunities to connect

Digital Days will be available free of charge to all professionals.

A new event experience in the face of a new context

Each day, conferences and roundtable discussions will be organized by key decision makers, including many representatives of leading brands of beauty, beverage and consumer products, as well as industry analysts and design leaders. These conferences will focus on key topics in packaging development and design, ranging from sustainable development and the digital transition to changing consumer requirements and regulations, and of course the challenges of packaging innovation in the post-COVID world.

Thanks to Digital Days, professionals will be able to discover the new and innovative innovations of the market.

  • The official presentation of the finalists of the ADF Innovation Awards, PCD Innovation Awards and PLD Innovations Awards.

Each day, the finalists of this edition will be announced by members of the juries, designers, packaging experts of the most influential brands in markets such as L'Oréal, Coty, Chanel, Interparfums, Pierre Fabre, Puig, Pernod Ricard, Coca Cola, Unilever, Beiersdorf, LVMH and many others. The winners of the Innovation Awards will then be announced live next June at the ADF-PCD and PLD Paris event on June 22 and 23, 2021.

These interactive sessions, organized with the market's leading packaging suppliers, will give visitors an unparalleled insight into the latest trends and opportunities in specific packaging technologies and materials.

The supplier showcase web pages will allow the public to discover the latest products and innovations from a select group of leading suppliers and facilitate connections and exchanges between suppliers and visitors.

It should be noted that the organizers of the ADF-PCD and PLD Paris event are working together with their Italian counterpart Packaging Première as well as with the Pentawards, the world's largest packaging design competition, to develop and promote Digital Days, strengthening the international reach of these three days.
