Haute couture packaging for Darphin: a technical feat by TNT Group

TNT Grouprenowned for its expertise in the engineering and manufacture of metal packaging, has collaborated with Darphin to create haute couture packaging for the new Stimulskin Plus collection. The range features a cream and a serum, both presented in technically advanced refillable containers.

Each package consists of two zamak parts, invisibly joined together to guarantee a polished, homogeneous finish. The creation process required in-depth study of the layout of the structures to avoid defects during the injection and demolding of the zamak. A screw system holds the glass cream jar in place, while the serum bottle uses a bayonet system for easy replacement. Consistent golden tones have been maintained across the various elements for a harmonious visual effect.

TNT Group, with teams based in Hong Kong, New York, Paris and Shanghai, continues to distinguish itself by its ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions for the cosmetics, fragrance and make-up industries. Since 2013, the company has established its status as a leader in the design of iconic pieces.
