Lisa Sequino appointed President of Estée Lauder make-up division

US group Estée Lauder has announced the appointment of Lisa Sequino as president of its make-up brands division. She will report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, Executive Vice President and Brand Director, and will take up her new position on June 9, 2025.

Lisa Sequino held various management positions at The Estée Lauder Companies before joining JLo Beauty, Jennifer Lopez's beauty brand, as CEO. She went on to lead Supergoop! fostering an indie and digital-first mindset. Under her leadership, Supergoop! captured emerging trends to launch innovative products for the brand, including tinted moisturizers, lip balms and setting powders.

In her new role, Lisa Sequino will be responsible for accelerating the brand's innovation.
