Lubrizol Nutraceuticals unveiled an innovative gummy concept designed to showcase the formulation possibilities of its Curcushine microcapsules, at Vitafoods Europe.
Introducing the gummy concept
This gummy concept, ready for industrial scale, will be presented at Vitafoods Europe, May 5-7. It will demonstrate how microencapsulated turmeric can be integrated into industrially relevant gummy formulations. Each sugar-free gummy contains 100 mg of Curcushine, Lubrizol's microencapsulated turmeric extract. The gummies are flavored with natural nuances of orange and ginger, subtly complementing the turmeric flavor, and lightly sweetened with maltitol and stevia, sugar substitutes of natural origin.
