Alfa Laval recently introduced a new range of hygienic mixers, EnSaLine, designed to reduce energy consumption while simplifying maintenance for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. These mixers promise significant energy savings and efficient maintenance with just one technician.
Alfa Laval's EnSaLine mixers are distinguished by a design that focuses particularly on energy efficiency. These devices can achieve energy savings of up to 80 %, a crucial issue in production environments where energy costs are constantly on the rise. What's more, the agitator structure is designed to deliver a return on investment generally observed in less than two years.
Optimizing energy consumption
The EnSaLine range features specially designed blades, known as EnSaFoil, which increase output compared with competing models. This not only reduces mixing times, but also maximizes operational productivity. This innovative design also ensures gentle product handling, preserving product quality while guaranteeing greater operational efficiency.
Fast, secure maintenance
One of the major challenges in industrial operations is equipment maintenance, which is often complex and can hinder production. With EnSaLine agitators, Alfa Laval addresses this issue by enabling maintenance to be carried out in less than 30 minutes, by a single technician, without the need to enter the tank. This not only enhances team safety, but also ensures continuity of operations. The design also includes a single cartridge for wear parts, minimizing the need for spare parts.
Predictive maintenance, integrated via Clariot sensors, further strengthens this approach by continuously monitoring operating conditions to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
