Julie Prigent succeeds her father as CEO of Agrimer and Bretagne Cosmétiques Marins. It embodies a new era of marine leadership and innovation in Brittany.
Julie Prigent, aged just 29, has been appointed President of Agrimer and Bretagne Cosmétiques Marins, succeeding her father, André Prigent, who tragically passed away on September 13, 2025. Deeply rooted in the Breton terroir, Julie Prigent embodies the new generation of leaders, focused on marine innovation.
A path dedicated to innovation
Involved in the family business from an early age, Julie Prigent joined the Agrimer and then Bretagne Cosmétiques Marins teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the group's activities. A graduate of Excelia La Rochelle business school, her passion for sport has cultivated rigor, perseverance and team spirit. Her experience with the CLR and Valdys Thalasso hotel groups has deepened her understanding of operational deployment and management in the field.
A forward-looking vision of continuity
Alongside Yves Hetez, long-time advisor and close friend of founder André Prigent, Julie Prigent intends to continue her father's work. She aims to combine Breton tradition, marine excellence and responsible innovation to promote well-being and beauty inspired by the sea.
