Aura, the new tubes from Texen Beauty Partners

The Aura Collection - Texen Beauty Partners

Texen Beauty Partners launches its "Aura" collection at Makeup in Los Angeles, February 14-15, 2024

This collection includes an à la carte, customizable offering based on eight flexible tubes with multiple applicators and dispensing systems.

Aura reflects a holistic approach to make-up and skincare. According to Texen Beauty Partners, this collection, made up of eight flexible tubes and as many application systems, offers sensations (color and chakra combinations, soft-touch packaging, etc.) and practicality of use.

Made from materials that comply with regulations and respect the environment (no ABS, styrenics, POM or POK), Aura products target the face (lips, eyes, complexion, fragile areas) and scalp, an emerging trend. They feature either applicators to be dipped into the formula, or integrated into the tube for a dual application/dispensing function. Sizes range from 8 to 15 ml, and applicator types adapt to the formula: foam, silicone, injected or synthetic-fiber brushes...

The tube avoids wasting formula and, developed in mini formats, is suitable for on-the-go use. In fact, according to Texen Beauty Partners, the tube is highly appreciated by consumers for its practicality and modularity. In the case of mascara or eyebrow make-up, for example, the tube's flexible material enables the formula to be blended simply by pressing.

"Every year, Texen Beauty Partners designs make-up and/or skincare collections in line with current trends and expectations. These offers are the fruit of innovative marketing and sourcing. They are inspirations for the brands that Texen Beauty Partners helps to create a beauty routine that reflects their identity".says the company, which specializes in packaging for the luxury and beauty markets.

Pochet Group sources photovoltaic energy

Pochet du Courval

The Pochet Group and ABO Wind, a German developer of renewable energy projects, have announced the signing of a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the commissioning of the developer's largest photovoltaic park in France.

Located in France, the photovoltaic park, with an installed capacity of around 20 MWp, will be in operation by early 2025, and will accompany the packaging player's project to build France's first electric furnace for luxury bottles, to be installed at the Pochet du Courval plant in Guimerville, Normandy.

As part of its "sustainable beauty" CSR roadmap and in line with its decarbonization plan, the Pochet Group is taking action to reduce its environmental impact, by sourcing green energy and securing the long-term purchase price of electricity. A major project under the decarbonization plan, the electric furnace, which will be operational by the end of 2024, will be partly supplied by green energy from the future photovoltaic plant.

"In pursuit of our decarbonization plan and our goal of reducing our CO2 emissions by 50 % by 2033, this long-term power purchase agreement will enable us to produce sustainably for a different kind of luxury."emphasizes Benoit Marszalek, Pochet du Courval's Director of Operations. The group has announced that other similar projects will be launched in the coming months.

Inspiration 2024: Gattefossé launches its collection of innovative formulas

inspiration_collection-2024 Gattefossé

For its new collection of seven inspiring formulas, Gattefossé places 2024 under the sign of "Renaissance". Between reality and imagination, the company, which produces cosmetic ingredients of natural origin, envisions a dreamlike world where nature mingles with magic for a new beginning.

The French and American Gattefossé applications laboratories spent a year co-developing these formulas, whose main aim is to stimulate the imagination and explore new horizons. "For this new Inspiration 2024 edition, we have developed the "Renaissance" concept like a fairy tale. The story begins in the depths of the forest, a natural source of renewal where positive benefits manifest themselves on our well-being, reconnecting us to our roots. It's a true rebirth, a reconnection between human beings and their environment. The story continues by drawing on the imagination, reviving the inner child with magic and wonder.says Marine Lochouarn, Marketing Engineer at Gattefossé France.

Among this collection of formulas, for example, is Redness Rescue Paste, an all-in-one formula offering both visual and sensorial transformation. As soon as you use it, this paste turns into a cream that's easy to apply and spread, and its color instantly transforms from green to beige. Revealing the distinctive properties of Gattefossé's Emulium Illustro W/O emulsifier, this product not only corrects redness, but also covers and evens out skin tone.

Dreamy Cloud Cream, for its part, is a cream that aims to astonish with both its airy texture and its whipped pale pink appearance. According to Gattefossé, "a feeling of nebulous lightness." For this formula, Emulium Dolcea MB emulsion provides hydration and softness thanks to its fluffy texture. "The sensation of weightlessness, similar to floating in the clouds, is enhanced by the presence of Elevastin, an active ingredient with anti-gravity properties.adds Gattefossé.
