The Pierre Fabre group has just opened Le Lab, an innovative concept store serving its dermo-cosmetic care brands (Eau Thermale Avène, Klorane, Ducray, A-Derma, René Furterer, Galénic, Elancyl), oral health -dental (Pierre Fabre Oral Care) and natural health (Naturactive). A true innovation laboratory dedicated to skin and hair, Le Lab, located in the heart of Toulouse, rue Saint-Pantaléon, was created to better understand the expectations of patients and consumers in terms of products, services and pathways. 'purchase. It aims to be a place of exchanges and experiences to discover the brands of the Pierre Fabre group in a different way and allow everyone to find answers to their questions: decipher the needs of their skin and hair, understand the composition of its dermo-cosmetic products, testing new textures adapted to its skin or hair, exploring new concepts and co-designing the products of tomorrow.
Thanks to this new experiential “test and learn” concept store, the Pierre Fabre innovation teams now have a forward-looking and participatory tool to decipher consumer expectations in real time. Having become real "consumer-actors", they are more and more demanding of cosmetic products and eager to be involved in the design of products.
Ultimately, this place of knowledge, promotion and emulation will benefit the distributors of the Group's products, first and foremost pharmacists who will be able to duplicate the lessons collected by Pierre Fabre within the LAB, with the aim of improving customer experience within their pharmacies.
"Designed to promote the concept of '' dermo-cosmetics '' created by Mr. Pierre Fabre, Le Lab will adopt a" useful "posture for consumers and patients: to listen to them, by their side, in relay of the professionals of health, in an integrative approach that combines therapeutic treatments and supportive care. The Lab will be at the service of all dimensions of innovation: new products, new services, new point-of-sale experiences ” , declared Núria Perez-Cullell, Managing Director of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique, on the occasion of the inauguration of the concept store, adding that “this space, which embodies the new promise of the Pierre Fabre group“ Let's take care to live better ”, will also be a place to welcome pharmacists and their teams to share news from our brands and support them in the overall care of their patients in the pharmacy. "
120 m² of sensory, event and digital experiences will be offered to visitors throughout a “living” and regularly renewed route. Everyone will be welcomed, listened to and advised by a team of pharmacists, socio-estheticians and beauty advisers.
In a warm atmosphere conducive to discussion, each visitor will be able to:
- Participate in co-creation workshops, master classes, exhibitions, sensory workshops or tests of products or services under development;
- Discover (or rediscover) the brands of the Pierre Fabre group and their commitments in terms of social and environmental responsibility; - Decipher product formulas and better understand the role of each ingredient;
- Observe your skin and hair using digital tools such as the connected mirror;
- Enjoy a "bubble" of well-being with care adapted to the condition of your skin or hair.
While Le Lab is not intended to be rolled out in France, the Pierre Fabre group is considering exporting the concept to Asia and Brazil, where two of its innovation centers are already located (one in Tokyo, 'other in Rio de Janeiro).
