Since its takeover by GPack in November 2017, Alliora has been revamping and refining its offering to cosmetics and wine & spirits brands. Thanks to a recent internal restructuring and the solid investments currently being made on its site, Alliora intends to become a center of expertise for the group.
Renowned for its French excellence in the manufacture of cardboard boxes, Alliora has experienced a significant development over the past year. By acquiring the French company, GPack, a specialist in the manufacture of cardboard boxes and cases, intended to turn it into a premium pole in Europe.
Successful reconciliation
On Monday April 9, Alliora signed its "majority company agreement" with its social partners, following negotiations aimed at adjusting the company's size. The serene climate in which this agreement was reached augurs well for the future.
"This new organization will help ensure the company's future, both economically and socially," explains the group's management.
Optimization required
True to its objective, at the start of the year the Gpack group launched a series of investments designed to give Alliora the means to achieve its new positioning: reorganization of teams and tasks, installation of new machines, review of production flows and consolidation of the scope of expertise.
The forthcoming installation of 4 new-generation Emmeci machines will make production faster and more efficient.
Thanks to this initiative, Alliora is entering a new era and consolidating its offering to customers.
