Berlin Packaging acquires Nissho Jitsugyo

Berlin Packaging, a specialist supplier of packaging and closures in glass, plastic and other materials, has announced the acquisition of Nissho Jitsugyo Co, Ltd ("Nissho"), a leading supplier of packaging products and services to various markets and regions in Japan.

Founded in 1965 in Osaka, Japan, Nissho offers a broad portfolio of packaging solutions to a variety of Japanese customers in the local food, beverage, beauty, personal care and health markets. 

The Japanese company also offers its customers value-added services such as new product design and development, sourcing, warehousing, assembly and filling, and logistics management.
