Gericke bagging station

Gericke manufactures complete dosing, conveying and mixing systems. Industrial-scale trials can be carried out at our pilot stations on our entire range of products.

Gericke's semi-automatic bagging stations can achieve outputs of around 60 bags or drums per hour.

They are composed of a precision dosing unit adapted to the product to be processed, a weighing pan with its own electronics, and a bagging mouth. The latter is equipped with a bag clamp, an inflatable seal and a dust collector to prevent dust from entering the operator's work area.

These stations can be designed for different bag or drum formats.

These stations are used in particular for bagging or drumming loads ranging from 500 g to 50 kg, with accuracies of just a few grams.
