SR Packaging Consultants is now part of Ho.Bag Corporate, the Italian manufacturer and distributor of complete packaging solutions for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.

Six months later, the Veneto-based company announced that the merger by absorption had been completed. This is an important step in the company's ongoing internationalization strategy.
This merger between two leading Italian players marks an important turning point in the market. Ho.Bag Corporate intends to offer its customers a broader product portfolio, an Italian production plant, a new 10,500 square meter multi-storey warehouse and a qualified sales force.
