Daily skin care

Australian brand Bondi Sands has teamed up with Quadpack to launch a new eco-friendly range.

Bondi Sands self-tanning and sun protection products are recognized worldwide by consumers and beauty experts for their superior, environmentally-friendly formulas and packaging. Since last November, the Australian company has also been venturing into the promising skin care market, choosing beauty packaging manufacturer and distributor Quadpack to develop the packaging for its Everyday Skincare range.

"Everyday Skincare is the natural evolution of Bondi Sands' offering: we've moved from self-tanning to sun protection to body care and are now launching skincare - completing our progression in skin health."explains Blair James, general manager and co-founder of Bondi Sands.

The challenge during product development was to guarantee an optimal customer experience while offering innovative, creative and environmentally-friendly packaging, without compromising formula and functionality.

"We wanted bespoke packaging that would set us apart from other skincare brands on the market, while remaining true to our brand values and aesthetics. Quadpack offers innovative hybrid packaging solutions and pushes the boundaries of packaging performance."adds Blair James.

The range offers bottles and caps in PP and five-layer tubes in PCR, both materials being 100 % recyclable. The decoration techniques used are screen printing and hot stamping. Blair James is delighted with the result and welcomes the collaboration with Quadpack: "Their values are similar to those of Bondi Sands. What's more, Quadpack has enabled us to produce a complete range without compromising our deadlines."
