"Quali Glass Coat" the new decoration process from Stoelzle

This new technique offers a range of new decorative effects with very low environmental impact (versus conventional lacquering) and greater mechanical resistance.
With this new decoration process, Stoelzle Masnieres Parfumerie combines innovation and environmental commitment.

"Thanks to the investments of Dr Cornélius GRUPP, owner of Stölzle Glass Group, we are all committed to his side, aware that it is our duty to bear responsibility for the environmental impact before future generations. We are optimistic about the future of our fine House, which enters its 3rd century in 2018," says Etienne Gruyez, Managing Director Business Unit Perfumery and Cosmetics Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie SAS.

Glass production represents, on average, 70% of the environmental impact. Electricity consumption accounts for 37% of the impact of glass production, which justifies the priority given to this resource.
Since 2017 the site's electricity consumption now comes solely from French 100% renewable resources.

The extraction and transportation of the components used in glass production account, on average, for 30% of environmental impact. This rate is reduced by the proximity of the raw material: sand is extracted 200 km from the plant and transported by boat.

In 2017, Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie's environmental footprint was reduced by 17 %.
