Acti Pack, which has specialized for almost 30 years in the manufacture of PET jars and bottles, generates nearly 65% of its turnover on the European hygiene and beauty market.
Present in most of the brands of major French and European distributions, the wide choice of standard models and its many personalized developments also allow Acti Pack to support cosmetic brands in the packing of their products.
Its ranges of PET jars and bottles of more than 150 standard models are suitable for the many applications of the sector such as shampoos, shower gels, micellar waters, washing gels, styling gels, sun products, care creams, bath salts, etc.
In order to support its customers in their eco-design efforts and facilitate access to its recycled material packaging, the company makes available, from a pallet, its standard range of "Next" bottles incorporating 50% recycled PET material.
Launched in 2015, this cylindrical series has met with great success. It is currently available from 100 ml to 1000 ml in standard screw-on ring offering many capping solutions such as service capsules, bi- or mono color, or the use of pumps and sprays to meet a wide range of cosmetic applications. Given the success of this range, Acti Pack has just launched a new line of PET pots following the same "Next" design in order to offer its customers a complementarity of form. Available from 100 ml to 250 ml in Twist off 63 ring, the development of these jars has been the subject of a partnership with Loire Plastic Industrie, sister company, to offer a pot + cap stackable set thanks to the standard "Step" cap.
This assortment meets solid and viscous applications of hygienebeauty such as styling gels, care creams, bath salts, etc.
Easily customizable by transparent or opaque coloring and decorated by screen printing or labeling, "Next" jars and bottles should easily find their place to pack different cosmetic products.
New models of tottle bottles have also emerged in recent months: "Stylys" 200 ml and "Canada" 200 ml and 250 ml, complete the latest innovations of PET bottles from Acti Pack.
All Acti Pack PET models are 100% recyclable and can incorporate recycled material between 25% and 100% into the final jar or bottle.
Acti Pack and its subsidiaries of the Axium Packaging Group will present their latest innovations at PCI Days (Warsaw, Poland), on 8 and 9 September, Luxe Pack Monaco, from 27 to 29 September, and Fachpack (Nuremberg, Germany).
